    I have and nvidia gforce mx 4000 graphics card installed on my system (amd xp 2700, 512 ram, 120 gig, biostar MB K7 SERIES) with a rca tv out , but when I hook it up to my TV (Samsung), I get a black and white screen and its rolling,, what is wrong here??????

    Often you need to enable TV out and then reboot. Also, you will need to make sure your video settings are at a resolution that the TV can handle, usually 640x480. There are also, various other options in the video display properties.
