    Ok,

I have a DVD that I own and I want to convert it to an AVI file so I can play it on QT 7 Pro.

I have ripped the DVD using MTR and only ripped the main feature.

My problem is that after I have converted the file to AVI and go to play it in QT 7, the movie skips between the "movie" and the Special feature "Story board".
So the movie will play and then stop and show a story board picture for a couple of seconds.

The Video_ts folder plays fine in the apple dvd player, but when you play one of the VOB files in Mplayer it will do the exact same thing as the AVI file.

Just want to know if ffmpegX can somehow edit those frames out for me?!

    Thanks,

    afirth79.

  2. Unfortunately no, you must make sure that the source file has only the main movie (try to use "Title/Chapter" mode in MTR, to obtain a single VOB file, or try with 0SEx in "Program stream" mode), then encode from that file.

Yep, that fixed it, damn angles.

MTR was the problem all along.

    Thanks Major.
