  1. (sorry if this is the wrong place to post, this is the best i coudl see it fiting)

when i had APP (Adobe Premiere Pro) installed i tried to run it and it said the "Prmiere.dll" was missing. So i tried to reinstall it and that gave me some odd bug about unable to move something (ill see if i can reproduce the error and post it).

I tried to reinstall it and it acted like APP was still installed. and after messing around i finally got it to install, but wheni came to try to use it, there was no .exe file so i couldn't run it. so i uninstalled and tried to install it again but now no matter what it acts like its there.

Control panel still says its there but when i try to remove it it refreshes (like its trying to remove it cuase its not installed) and still shows APP.

    IM using APP 1.0

really dont know what to do on this , so any suggestions?

    thx in advance

    here is that error:

    ComponentMoveData had the following error:

    Media Name: DATA
    Component: Program Files
    File Group: Presets
    File: D:\premiere v7.0 for xp \ Premiere Pro \data2.cab
Error Number: -2147024895 (refer to the online helP)

do not know if thats the same file everytime that the error happesn with.

Contact Adobe. They offer free tech support for installation issues.

I've seen this error once before when a friend of mine asked about it. Turns out it was because he was trying to install a downloaded/pirated copy of it. Never got it to work for him.

However if you do have proof of purchase and your serial is registered in your name you can most certainly contact Adobe's support since this is an installation issue and not an issue to do with how the program itself works.
