  1. I know I am not the first to ask this but so far I am completely stuck. I am trying to re-author a few dvds. I used DVD Decrypter to rip the VOBs to my harddrive. Then I tried to use TMPGEnc Express 3.0 to demux then remux. With every dvd I have tried so far, I can only do this with the first VOB file on the DVD, the rest give me an error saying that the video stream isn't valid. Am I missing something?

    Thanks,
    farklem

    Here's another guide to try:

Also in dvddecrypter you can rip to just one vob file. That might help you. (file splitting and choose one file)

  3. Thanks for your reponse but DVD-lab also tells me that there is something wrong with the video stream on all VOBs other than the first on the DVD. And I do use DVD Decrypter to rip one file at a time.

  5. Thank you so so much ChrissyBoy. I guess this was one of the only applications that I didn't see over the last few weeks of having this issue. Also good work on the application (also im glad to see more people using .net).

I guess I have one last question, what is a good free app to split mpeg1/2 streams? I had a good application a few years ago but I can't remember the name and I haven't run into it yet.

    Thanks again,
    farklem

Do you mean demultiplex or just chop up into parts?
