I have no idea what to do with subs, i have been reading this site for a few days but have not found a simple answer to my problem.
I have a movie which was in two parts, i combined them and and encoded them which created a video_ts folder containing all the vobs.
i am now left with 4 bits called pme-bba.idx pme-bbb.idx pme-bba.sub and pme-bbb.sub
how can i add these subtitles to the movie?

was it a flipper disc? if it was, reauthor the 2 sides of the disc with dvdshrink and the subtitles will be in the final dvd. thats all yo have to do.Originally Posted by lbrothe
1- reauthor the main movie from side 1 and save
2- reauthor the main movie from side 2 and save
3- open dvd shrink, click reauthor mode, drag the two videos you saved from the list on the right to the left and save
give us more details(what tools you used)I love it when a plan comes together!

it was a movie called Blue berry, downloaded the rar files, unpacked 2 parts with winrar, then coverted the parts of the movie to mpeg 2 using TMPGENC, then put the the 2 parts into TMPGENC DVD AUTHOR to create a TS_VIDEO file with all the vobs.
Don't know what to do with the *.idx and *.sub parts i unpacked
