    Hi,

    I am capturing with a Analog->DV converter (Canopus).
    I am using Ulead Videostudio 7 to capture realtime into Mpeg2.

    Now I am looking for a piece of software that can do a realtime fill (to fill the botomlines of a crappy VHS tape, or the top lines of a broadcast that has some rubish there).

    Any suggestions?

    Can't give you any suggestions on that but if your going to be viewing the video on regular TV you can just leave it be. It won't be visible, that's the overscan area.
