How to play *.bik video files?

Anyone know a player for bik files? These files are usually used for game videos etc....
or a program to convert bik to other standard format (avi, mpg, wmv) ?

Can't say I've heard of them....

Have you tried renaming them to .avi , .mpg , .wmv , etc.
to see if they are just normal videos that have been renamed?

Sorry I know it's a long time but is it possible to play .bik files in VLC or MPC directly? I think some years ago I found a solution but I can't remember it now..
