    I am converting some unreleased anime to DVD. My problem is that whoever did the subtitling did it a little too low, so the TV cuts off part of it. Is there a way I can bring it up? Is there a way I can add a safezone border around the frames of the movie?

    add black borders with the encoder, search for overscan and tmpgenc
