I've download both uncomplete iso (DVD) file and vob (DVD) files. They are almost completed but just not yet, and the seed dead. So...
I was wondering if it's possible to use a software to re-encode these files and convert them into correct file that can be burnt into standard DVD and then watch on standalone DVD players?
thanks!!
