subtitle won't load

ok, so i opened SUBTITLE WORKSHOP, and i wanted to load the saved project, but it cant find the file
i did a search on the computer, i found the file with extension CFP..is there a way to load it back in the program to finish subtitling the movie?

CFP extension?
I don't believe that it belongs to Subtitle Workshop.
Try to search for these extensions:
*.srt
*.sub
*.txt
or if you had automatic save enabled in Subtitle Workshop, try to search for:
*.srt.bak
*.sub.bak
*.txt.bak
