Hey guys, been using AutoGK on my PC for a long time and figured I would see what's out there for my PowerBook and voila, I found ffmpegX. Totally wicked app.

One of my requirements though is the ability to create target size based encodes. I usually encode my ripped HD down to 1460MB so I can fit 3 episodes per DVD.

How can I achieve this type of exact file with ffmpegX? I see the target bitrate, but that is all.

    Thanks!!

  2. Enter 1460 in the MB size field and click "Rate" to compute the corresponding bitrate.
