ive got a vcd movie thats on 2 cds
can i put this vcd movie on a dvd and make a it a dvd movie

Yes.

Follow the guides re: (S)VCD2DVD. These usually include a ripping stage and a re-authoring stage. Well, do the ripping stage once for each disc (VCDGear / VCDEasy / ISOBuster) so you end up with 2 straight MPGs.

Then, use TMPGEnc or similar to join them together.

Then add the new combo MPEG to your authoring app (remembering to do SRC on the audio) and continue with a single (re-)authoring stage.
