    Not bad for $399. That's what I payed for my first DVD player years ago. I see on the chart that the player is DivX certified and claims to support MPEG 1/2/4 - but I see no specific mention of h264/AVC, which I thought was supposed to be part of the official definition of HD-DVD (or was that just Blu-Ray?).

    I'll hold off.
