Hi,
I've tried to look for this answer on here but....
has been a while since a authored a DVD, got the software and all that but I'm missing one thing....
when i used to use TMPG Enc I had to set some "values" or maybe "priorities" to make it work!
Some fab person did tell me but I cant for the life of me find it back out....
Any clues?
Thanking you all!

tmpgenc dvd author?
or are you encoding with tmpgenc?
I'm guessing that it's raising the priority of DirectShow so it will open your file (instead of the "File cannot be opened, or unsupported" error):
Option > Environmental Setting > VFAPI plug-in ...

If in doubt, Google it.
