I have encoded 2 films so far using svcd2dvd,both films had 2 parts each, the first stopped exactly at the joining of the files,so i ticked the merge button(it said to do if the film stopped)but the next film done exactly the same I have used RC8 and RC9,I have another dvd player but it was the same.Whats wrong

Well you have each asset in a different TitleSet. If they are part of the same film they should be in the same TitleSet.

If you used QuickDVD then 2 TitleSets will be setup as your files are in different folders....

Solution: Either setup the single titleset manually with the two mpgs or put the mpgs in the same folder & use QuickDVD.

Hint: Now that the files have been processed you can use the _S2D.mpg files instead - SVCD2DVD will not need to reprocess them.

ok. WEll again the auto VTS is creating 2 title sets as the basenames are different. Here is an explination of how auto vts works: http://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewt...235035#1235035

To do it manually: just drag the assets on to the vts layout
