Installation error under 10.3

I'm getting the same error as many of the posters in the thread "Installation error under 10.4". I get this message "##cp: /Library/Application Support/ffmpegX/mpeg2enc and /Library/Application Support/ffmpegX/mpeg2enc are identical (not copied)."

My ffmpeg had been working well until I wanted to save some RealPlayer sound files as mp3's. After installing reallib I successfully translated about a dozen bird songs, but now I can't do any! I've updated reallib again today.


I deleted and reinstalled ffmpegXbinaries230105. My mencoder is 6636100 bytes in size.

The path of the application must be /Applications/ffmpegX. Apart from that, the rest looks correct. Concerning reallib, use the following version:
