    Our Laptop here at work refuses to turn on and has started flashing the Power Cord LED.
    S=short and L=long flash
    code is S L S S L L L S
    Anyone know what this means or know a good forum to pose my question?

    Toshiba's support site has an online forum. Although at the moment their support seems a bit screwed up, but you should check them out when they're back up.
