Create menus on DL disc. Recordings from standalone Recorder

I will be importing my recordings from a standalone recorder. I would like them to fit on a dual layered disc and create nice menus with names. I don't want to re-encode anything and want to keep it simple. I've played with dvd-labs which had a high learning curve. I would like something simple that would work with Dual Layered discs.

In a nutshell:

1. Want picture thumnail menus that can be named.
2. No re-encode
3. Must be compatible w/ dual layered disc
