    my question is...

    Can you convert "Video Files" or VCD files, or WMV. files to a Video TS file so that you can burn them on a DVD disk and play like a real dvd movie?

    Video_TS is a folder that is part of the structure of a DVD. It contains the files that make up the menu and video of the content. Mostly these are .ifo, .bup and .vob files.

    You get to this point by reading the guides (in the guides area - to your left) regarding conversion of avi to DVD, creating DVDs etc.

    In a nutshell, the process is get avi, resize to compliance, encode video to mpeg2, encode audio to appropriate format, author to dvd, burn to disk. Everything you need to know is in the guides.
