It works very well no problems at all that i saw. However forget about dvdbackup.

That post is about stand-alone pioneer dvd-recorders. There are no problems (so far) with Mac burned DVDs from Pioneer drives. As you probably know, the stand-alones need to finalize programs recorded in VR mode. Some boxes have problems finalizing discs and there are a select group of apps that play the transport streams on the Mac. Apparently some (ReadDVD) are not playing well with Tiger yet.
However Galactica reported in that other thread that he was unable to watch his DVD-Rs through Mac DVD player unless he copied the video_ts to the HD first.Originally Posted by pixeljammedia
