I would like to copy a rippped/shrunk DVD copy of one of my DVDs and would like to know the best program to do this (the origional has been damaged)

Nero Copy DVD, or DVD Decrypter copy ISO then burn ISO, or for that matter DVD Shrink itself: Open Disc, Backup!
dvddecrypter,ISO read,ISO write.
easy peasy,and its free.LifeStudies 1.01 - The Angle Of The Dangle Is Indirectly Proportionate To The Heat Of The Beat,Provided The Mass Of The Ass Is Constant.
Then you won't be able to back it up...too latethe origional has been damaged
