Capturing and viewing output from PVR

Hello there, I have a Strong SRT5390 PVR with inbuilt SD TV tuner, connected to my PC via a ATI Radeon 9600Pro VIVO card (No TV Tuner).

As I would like to use the PC as my television as well, are there any programs (freeware if possible) that allow you just to preview the output from the PVR on the computer monitor in full screen?

Many thanks, Baldrick for your 2 suggestions. I have tried them both, and Star media centre wins. It does exactly what I wanted, and is very flexible as well!
