VCDs and Bose 321 series I

Hi all from a newbie.

Problem: I'm trying to play some VCDs I burned on my Bose 321 series I, but I cannot see and hear anything !

Some notes:
1. the firmware on Bose is updated to the last (european) release, so VCDs should be able to play without problems
2. I authored and burned the VCDs with Pinnacle Studio 9.3 Deluxe AND with VCDEasy 3, but the result is the same

My PC is a DELL Dimension 5000 with Philips DVD +-RW as burning device.
Any suggest ?

Do they play on your computer? and if they do, do they meet VCD specs?

Ciao ascaramu, I haven't seen your topic before.
Have you tried to authored it with another software, like Nero, or someone else (TSCV, but it's pretty hard for the newbbie)?
