    and watch the movie on the computer? I don't want any encoding or anything. Just wanna use wmp to play the movie and would like the subs to be there as well. I have the subs file of course.

    1) WMP shouldn't be used at all.
    2) Direct VobSub or ffdshow to display subtitles (if your player doesn't have integrated subtitle support).
