Can anyone tell me the resolution (# x #) of a 32 inch LCD widescreen tv??

The same as HDTV or whatever format your running though it.
If you mean when hooked into a computer then its going to vary.
Native resolution (the only resolution that actually looks good for that LCD) is probably 1280 x 1024. Resolution of LCD's doesn't get higher with size, just price. If it is a cheap one, ir could be as low as 1024 x 768. It only has to be able to display 720p to qualify as HD, even if it can't display 1080i without compromise. Until they can get true HD and a decent picture quality, I'll stick with my tube.
Most 32 inch LCD TV's are 1280x768 or 1366x768.

My 19 inch monitor is better than that. I wouldn't waste the money. Get a good CRT monitor and a HDTV tuner card. You will get a much better picture and more versitility.
