    First of all, sorry for my english!

    I wanna know does L2 cache size on CPU can improve(speed up)video encoding and decoding time, or it just does't metter

  2. Purely a guess, but I wouldn't think cache size would make much of a difference. Raw processor power is far more important than amount or speed of accessing memory in the encoding process.

  3. The only time the size of the L2 cash makes a difference if the process that is being performed is to large that the processor has to acess the ram. If you check some reviews like a Duron vs Athlon XP at the same clock frequencies you will see some differences. If you have the money go for the one with the larger L2.
