You need to re-encode to a DVD compliant resolution. With that resolution source I would reccomend re-encoding to 352x480. Take a look at the guides section for more help.
There are 10 kinds of people in this world. Those that understand binary...
Your video is SVCD resolution, it can be put on a DVD but it is not compliant so some players will refuse to play it, while other players won't mind at all. If you still wish to put it on a DVD without re-encoding then there are several guides to help you. You could do a search under All Guides> Format Conversion> SVCD to DVD.
Here's a guide from Baldrick."Art is making something out of nothing and selling it." - Frank Zappa
Some dvdplayers can play non standard resolution dvds...You can bypass Tmpgdvdauth check patching the vob headers with DVDpatcher ,setting the standard 720x480..don't forget to patch-back to 480x480 before authoring starts.
If you want anyway change resolution (safest method) , I suggest Mainconcept MPEG encoder, it gave me good results in very short times (like 110% of movie duration with an Athlon 1,3GHZ 128MB DDR
