    I need some software to convert avi,xvid etc to mpeg4.
    Any recommendations on what to use?

    xvid is mpeg4. what is your goal? to play it on a standalone dvd player with mpeg4 support?

    I have posted about what i am trying to do in another post about 5-6 down from this.
