    when i try to forward to a certain point using the display button (as i do with avi movies) it does not work properly. The time that i insert in the display does not correspond to the actual time in the movie. Is there another way to jump to certain point in a movie for svcd (.mpg) format?

    To jump to a certain point the SVCD needs to be authored with chapters.
    I believe Nero can do this, but I've never done it before.
