Easiest way to cut and join VOB files?

I need to take clips from like...4 different dvds for a presentation in my class, i've ripped the vob files off the dvds with DVD Decrypter but now i'm trying to find out what the best tool is to take out specific scenes and put them in chapters with scenses from the other dvds. After cutting and joining i want to burn them onto a DVD+R. Thank you to anyone that can help

DVDShrink->Reauthor->Start/End->Backup.
Backup each clip to it's own folder then use Reauthor to combine and author.

ok that works for a few of the rips...but my reservoir dogs dvd is scratched...so dvd decrypter can't record the last vob.. (i don't need any scenes from the end anyways) but when i try to open the VOB's i have ripped it just gives an error saying "Missing VTS_01_6.VOB"....is there any way for it to ignore it and just open the first few vobs?

just use anyauthoring program on the vob you want. and then put it in dvdshrink
