Computer runs slow after cool web search removal

I removed cool web search from save mode with cw shredder. Even though it now says it is not found my computer is still slow. Here is my hijack this log. Any suggestions to speed up computer. It is really slow on opening up programs.

Also, it is possible your registry got tweaked when you removed the spyware. Download the disk drivers for your motherboard and reinstall them.
