    Howdy,

    I'm trying to use Nero Recode to take by Type 2 AVI's from a digital camcorder and put them in a high quality Nero format.

    My problem is that it recognizes the video, which is 720x480 interlaced, as 320x240. I think this is the primary problem because now no matter what settings I use I end up with a horrid looking 320x240 video.

    What am I missing?

    To answer my own question ...

    It appears Nero Recode is NOT designed to process AVI files.

    The new features include recoding from AVI files, so either this is a bug or I don't have a decent DV-AVI codec installed.
