  1. Okay, I have 5 instructional DVD's and I'm going to make 30-second clips for people to play on my website for promotion. My website guy said he just needs them in Windows Media Player and Quicktime. That's fine, but is there any certain way my film guy should be giving these to me? Or can he take it straight from his XL-1 to miniDV and make it a Windows Media file and quicktime? Or is is harder than this? Thanks in advance!

    Basically that's about it.... I'd use progressive mode for that. Progressive looks better on a monitor. Not sure if XL-1 has that feature but it should.
