  1. I hav one of the RCA DRC240N divx dvd players. The question I have is that when you play widescreen movie the black bar at the top of the screen is one inch thinner than the bottom bar. I can take the same disc and put it in another player and the bars are the same size. Is there any way to fix this so the both bars are the same?

Is it only one movie or many?

There may be an output setting in the DVD player setup screen to choose the output type.

I noticed this last night on a DVD movie I was watching. It's not DVD Player related...at least not for me. And I can adjust the picture placement on the TV to center it. But there isn't much point...you aren't watching the black bars anyway.
