My CH-DVD 300 is scratching my DVD's ! On some disc that I try to play it comes up that it is loading and while doing this you here it makes some noise in the player but never loads. When I eject the disc it has circular scratches on the inside ring of the disc just a little bit out from the center. I thought nothing was suppose to contact the disc on the data surface?? Any thoughts??![]()

The problem seems obvious to me: defective DVD player.
Solution: Return DVD player to store if under store warranty, return to manufacture if under manufacture warranty or buy a new DVD player.
Maybe something stuk in player?
Could be a toy, paper, coin, or piece of broken disc.
Do other people use the player? They may be responsible.
