To play VCD's on reg. DVD players

Hi:
What do I need to use so that my VCD's play on regular DVD players?? all that happ. is that the movie just won't start.
currently use either vcdgear and TMPGEnc to process.

You need to convert it to VCD format and then burn a VCD with some type of burning software. I use Nero. Use the VCD option when burning. Also, make sure your DVD player plays VCDs.
