  1. I've repeatedly encountered the following annoying problem: Burning a VCD (using Nero), it sometimes happens that on the finished VCD the audio and video are not "in sync", i.e. the dialogue etc takes place before anyone talks in the video. Like there is a delay of some sorts.

    Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    what is your video source? it sounds that you are converting with neros crappy vcd encoder. if you already have vcd compliants mpgs try vcdeasy.
