Wierd problem cropped up a few times lately. Rip as normal on Shrink, burnt with Nero 6, "burn successful" message, BUT resultant disc is still BLANK !!!. Repeat again, and burn turns out OK. Weird, but why is this ? (Media Riteks, Lite-on burner)

    Hello,

    Try another burn program...

    Or upgrade your firmware...

I'll bet we have a winner here

Nothing to be ashamed of ...we've all done it (if that's what happened )

    Simulation NOT selected,
Nero Express 6, been ok so far,
Lite-on 851 firmware, been ok so far. Why blank on first run, then repeat and its ok ? The ONLY difference recently is the Ritek G05's instead of the G04's, but that still really doesn't explain why it shows a succesfull burn when its a blank disc and then if you repeat (with the same blank disc) it its ok, does it ?
