    Seriously though, you can use the MPEG tools in TMPGEnc. Or you could just author it with something like DVD Lab and it will mux your streams for you. If you're working with AVI files you can add your streams and use the interleaving feature in VirtualDub.

    Or you can use this tool I found in the tools section, but I've never tried it so can't comment on it.

    remux=multiplex www.videohelp.com/faq#multiplex and as sacajeewwweeda says use an authoring tool(like dvd-lab) if you are going to make vobs.
