Needs a seperate capture hardware forum

For all us hapless n00b creatures who are looking to enter the scene.

There's a section devoted to standalone/cd writer hardware so why not a section for capture cards? The compare/features tool is pure goodness of course but heated debates with the odd flame by the passionate hardware supporter are good to digest too.
