    Is it possible to ad sub to VCD? If it is pelase someone help me with that...

    No. It has to be part of the mpeg video. If they aren't already, you have to reencode. SVCD supports selectable subs, but not many players support it.

    And how do I reencode? When I reencode will it be like the sub are in the mpg file?

    Click on EDIT and then How to add subtitles in the super ultra hidden menu here to the left. You should use the permanent subtitles guides.
