Upgraded to new ffmpegx, won't encode

I'm trying to convert video from dv or mov that I'm creating with FCE into mpeg2/dvd.

As soon as I start, ffmpegx finishes. It presents the following info in the progress app:

/bin/sh: -c: line 1: unexpected EOF while looking for matching `''
/bin/sh: -c: line 2: syntax error: unexpected end of file

Any thoughts on what this is?

You should remove the ' sign from your paths, filenames or disk names.
