I have a concert on vhs that, probably due to its age, has jumps and skews on it, I am probably not using good descriptions, so if you follow the following link you'll see a very small clip showing my problem.

Would using a good TBC do any good, or a very accurate editing program to edit out the section, hoping it does not affact it too much.

I do not know what is causing this, I have used many different vcr's to play it on, all the same, either its because its an old tape, although earlier sections of the same tape/different program are fine, or that the recording itself was hit by a gremlin at the time.

    Thanks as usual everyone

Even the best TBC in the world is not going to be able to get Cliff Richard off the tape - that's just the way it is.

The glitches actually look more like physical tape damage to me, so even a TBC isn't going to do a lot for you. Have you inspected the tape surface at these points for creases ?
