how do i play a movie downloaded in *.rar format

Hi to all,

I was looking for some help I have downloaded a movie form a newsgroup, it was posted in *.rar format, the newsgroup zipped up the files in *.zip format, after the download I unzipped the files using winzip application, that unzipped them back to *.rar format, i then unzipped those files using winrar application, i now have 2 files 1 is called THELOSTBOYS_SVCD.BIN AND THELOSTBOYS_SVCD.CUE, Im now a bit lost as to what happens next i played the .BIN file using windows media player but it is choppy and stop start motion, the same thing happened in nero showtime player, do i need to use another conversion program or have i done it right??, and how would i be able to burn it to a disc either DVD or SVCD?????. i.e. does nero 6 allow a *.bin file to be converted to DVDformat or svcd format????

First you need to delete the files!!!!!!!!!!!!

Those files are a disc image and you can burn them using dvd decrypter or a similar program. You could also mount the image with iso buster to extract the video.
