DVD Author gui, run time error 75, Path/File Access Error

I just got this error with DVD Author gui. All I have in the dvd is an intro movie and 1 mpeg file in the main menu. What is causing this error?

Maybe one of your files is still opened by another application. Please try it with the 'create batch' command and run the 'MainBatch.bat' by hand (double click on the file in the windows explorer).

I believe there is a problem in your source mpeg file(s).
Try to demultiplex your mpeg file(s) with ProjectX (for a first try the MPEG-Tools from TMPGEnc may do the job too). Then use the elementary streams in GFD (or remultiplex them with mplex and the - f 8 option).
