SVCD2DVD Won't Load

All I get is just the Flash screen and that is all. I dont understand this, but it is only on my Windows 2000 system. Please help.

OS: Win2000
Ram: 1 gig pc3200 oz
HD: WD 80 SE / WD 250 SE
Video: ATI 9600 AIW XT
DVD: NEC 2510
CDRW: TDK 32x10x40 B

try running SVCD2DVD demo.exe that usually fixes any problems

I did try it, thanks. But it goes through the reg process and i did want to waste my final reg and it don't work. So I just reloaded the system and will put XP PRO /SP1 back on.
