Copy DVD with only one drive?

Which programs will allow me to copy a DVD if I only have one drive that can read/write DVDs.

Can Nero 6 do it?

Just to expand on what gitreel said, you copy to your hard drive and then use that file to burn from. Really the preferred way as direct copy of a (unencrypted) DVD is risky.

What's the difference between encrypted and uncrypted?

Most commercial DVD-format movie releases (pressed) are encrypted.

Basically if its a commercial DVD use DVDShrink. Use DVD decrypter to burn the disc image. To burn w/ Decryter go to the 'mode' drop down wenu. Go to 'ISO' and then 'write'.
