    I was upgrading my player with the firmware, and i think i may messed a step up durning the process, I think i unplugged it to early. Now the player's standby light comes on but, no buttons seem to work. I've checked philips support, and its about worth crap. Anyone help me with this?

    If your player is still under warranty, suggest you return it for a replacement.
