What utility can be used for a conversion from MPEG4 to MPEG2?

Cleaner is expensive and really slow (at least was in OS9) way for this purpose.

Better start Cleaner and let it run, when leaving home for long while (around the World journeys or seeing grandma living in Mars).

Bitvice is fast and offers good options for those ones who know what they are doing. And it's 2-pass VBR and it let's you adjust easily least and highest bitrate, shows directly estimated filesize and extracts audio track. It also has noise cancellation etc for not-so-good source material. My favorite encoder.
