Get rid of background sound translation from an Eng movie.

Hi, I've got a movie avi file compressed using XVID codec. The problem with this movie is that it's in two language at the same time. The movie is in English, but there's also a background Russian translation at the same time. This means that there are two sound track on at the same time. How do I remove the background Russian sound translation from the movie.

Load the vidoe into Gold Wave. Using the Edit=>Channel=>Left or Channel=Right, and Play to decide which channel has the Russian. Delete that channel, save the file. Use Virtual Dub mod to load the new audio.
